Hi, I’m Marjorie and in 2025, Lyssasky Interior Styling was born out of a lifelong passion for home and a deep desire to help others navigate the world of interior styling with confidence and clarity.

I’ve spent my career working with people. Since 2006, I’ve built my professional life in corporate HR — supporting, problem-solving, and helping people navigate change. Alongside that, I’ve always had a deep passion for interior styling. Creating spaces, layering rooms, mixing colour and texture — it’s something that has always come naturally to me.

My husband and I bought our first home in 2007, and over the years we’ve moved through several different homes — renovating, styling, making mistakes, learning, and doing it all over again. Like many people, I went through the phases. Contemporary. Farmhouse. Trend-driven choices that didn’t always feel right. And through all of it, I learned what works, what doesn’t, and what truly matters.

In the last several years, I stopped chasing trends and started paying attention to what I genuinely loved. I discovered that my style isn’t about fitting into a category — it’s about feeling. I lean traditional but love mixing in contemporary pieces, colour, layers, pattern, texture, natural elements, and vintage finds. I believe in homes that feel collected, personal, and lived-in.

I know what it’s like to be busy, to work within a budget, to compare your home to others, and to have a million ideas but not know where to start. That’s why I do what I do. I believe you don’t need a big budget, designer labels, or a perfect plan to have a beautiful home. You don’t need to wait for your dream house to love where you live.
